A novel design that harnesses the geothermal energy through holes dug more than 80 metres deep. From there, a network was created that extends from the subsoil to the entire building complex. The system takes advantage of the temperature that starting ten metres down is totally stable all year round and provides air conditioning in summer and heating in winter.
